Dental Braces use new techniques to move the teeth. Established over 20 years ago in the U.S, this method offers proposed and tested fixed dental braces that can straighten your teeth in just 3 to 12 months.
Metal braces are very strong and can resist most types of treatment. It has very small metal braces (attachments) that stick to the front of your teeth. The metal wires are attached to the braces and seized by ligaments. From transparent to silver (to match metal braces ) and various links of different colors are available.

Types of Braces

  1. Metal braces
  2. Ceramic Braces
  3. Lingual Braces
  4. Golden Braces
  5. 6- Mouth Braces
  6. Carriere Appliance

1) Metal Braces

This system uses a combination of metal braces and flexible wires to gently move your teeth. Most people think this is the most effective and accurate way to move your teeth. The metal brackets we use are very small – smaller than many people remember 10 or 20 years ago. Colors can be placed on braces for younger patients. Please book a complimentary consultation to find out more about the metal braces and other treatment options available to you.

2) Ceramic Braces

Ceramic fixed braces are an ideal option for adult patients requiring precise, detailed movement achieved with traditional metal braces but require less visible option. Ceramic braces work similarly to metal brackets but use braces made of clear ceramic material that are almost invisible when tied to the tooth, making these brackets less noticeable.

3) Lingual Braces

Lingual brackets are a new generation of curved brackets that are fitted backward instead of the front of your teeth, which makes them practically invisible. At Baroda Orthodontics, we use concealed-speech brackets that fit the profile of your teeth. With lingual brackets, however, you may initially feel a little annoying, once you get used to them, you will find it easier to live with them. With linguistic brackets, you can be the best of both worlds – highly effective, precise treatment, used in complex cases, with the added benefit of brackets that are virtually invisible from the outside. If you would like to find out if linguistic brackets are right for you, please book a free consultation.

4) Golden Braces

This is a gold plated bracket and accessory to give you a wonderful look. Genuine 24K gold plating makes braces significantly brighter than competing bracket systems that make them resistant to wear, peeling, and chipping.

5) 6 Month Braces

Those who have braces will tell you that they count them as days removed. Our short-term orthodontics with 6 Month braces, a general treatment period of six months, is a major improvement over the years, with more traditional methods used by orthodontists. The duration required depends on your exact teeth and your bone structure, but at your first consultation, you will get a very accurate prediction of how long you will wear them.

6) Carrier Appliance

At BDC, we set out to straighten your teeth and give you the self-confidence to laugh without feeling self-conscious. We do this by carefully examining your teeth to see what types of orthodontic devices may benefit you. In some cases, you may benefit from early treatment with carrier appliances. This is what is known as a motion device and is designed to start moving your teeth to prepare for orthodontic treatment. This also has the added benefit of reducing your overall healing time.
